What does the Strategy agent do?
Strategy is a strategic analyst that sizes markets, maps competitive landscapes, reads trends and turns research into a recommendation. It produces TAM/SAM/SOM market sizing, landscape maps, industry briefs, trend reads, SWOT analyses, per-team impact briefs and executive summaries. Deep research on one competitor, prospect or customer is the Research agent’s job; Strategy takes those findings and says what to do about them. Every finding has a confidence rating (High, Medium or Low, with its source), and every external read ends with a “So What for your org” section and recommended actions tagged to time horizons (H1: 0 to 12 months, H2: 1 to 2 years, H3: 2 to 3+ years).
