Let agents write the message; you decide when it goes. Loop agents can draft follow-ups, replies and outreach for you, but they never send on their own. Every drafted message waits in your Drafts until you send it, edit it, or throw it away.

Drafts need the channel connected: Gmail comes with Pro and up and Slack with Team and up (@file:kb-integration-google, @file:kb-integration-slack). Text messages are in private beta (@file:kb-integration-twilio).
