Coming soon. The Gong integration isn't available to customers yet. This page describes how it will work. Until then, upload call transcripts by hand (@file:kb-integration-meetings).

Your reps' best calls live in Gong — and usually stay there. Connect Gong to Loop and every recorded call becomes a summarized, searchable source: decisions, objections, and next steps your agents can cite when they draft the follow-up or prep the next call.

  1. Connect Gong — An admin opens Integrations → Gong and connects your Gong worksp
