Daily Digest & Notifications

Start the day knowing what changed. Loop tells you about things as they happen in Messages, and sends a short morning email that sums up your organization: owners and admins get the organization's day, and everyone else gets a weekly note about their own work.

Quick Start

  1. Check Messages — Messages in the sidebar shows all your notifications (@file:kb-inbox-notifications-follow).
  2. Browse by category — Use the list on the left: All, Actions, Activity, Agents and Messages.
