Twilio Integration (SMS & WhatsApp)

Send SMS and WhatsApp messages directly from Loop using your Twilio account. Use agent tools for automated outreach or compose messages manually — with built-in opt-out tracking for TCPA compliance.

[!NOTE] Private beta. The Twilio integration isn't open to everyone yet. To ask for access, email support@loopllm.ai. This page describes how it works for people in the beta.
