Slack Integration

Bring Loop's AI agents into your Slack workspace. The Slack integration (@kb-integrations) delivers AI-powered responses to DMs and @mentions, per-thread agent switching, notification delivery, and channel-to-entity linking for discussions.

Quick Start

  • Connect Slack — Open Integrations → Slack and click Connect. This authorizes the shared Loop app in your Slack workspace via OAuth — there is nothing to set up inside Slack.

  • Choose default agent — Select which Loop agent responds to Slack messages by default.

  • Test it — DM the Loop bot or
