Let agents write the message; you decide when it goes. Loop agents can draft follow-ups, replies and outreach for you, but they never send on their own. Every drafted message waits in your Drafts until you send it, edit it, or throw it away.

Drafts need the channel connected: Gmail and Slack come with Team and Enterprise (@kb-integration-google, @kb-integration-slack). Text messages are coming soon (@kb-integration-twilio).

Quick Start

  • Ask an agent to write a message — In chat, try "Draft a follow-up to Sarah from yesterday's call" or "Reply to that Slack thread."
