Loop uses a decision model whenever it has to choose: which action a chat message asks for, which way a Flow's Decide step goes, the one answer a table column needs. Each answer says how likely it is, so Loop acts on the sure ones and offers choices on the rest. A company's owners and admins choose its decision model in Settings → AI.
