Writer applies your prohibited-language list to all output, but it does not impose your brand voice on personal writing unless you ask, because an author’s own voice and the company voice are different things. To align an edit with your brand voice, say so and Writer applies the patterns from your @brand-guidelines. Otherwise it keeps what the author wrote, fixed and polished but not flattened.
